Taking inspiration from the Hippocampus can help solving robotics problems

In this paper, we present a generic robotic control architecture inspired from the hippocampus (a brain structure involved in memory). Moreover, we show how the implantation on a real robot has helped us to gradually reene the neurobiological model.
